Sinaloa Cartel Laundered Money with Help from Chinese Underground Bankers

China has had their greedy yellow fingers in the Mexican and Central and South America drug cartels for decades.

Whether you are talking about providing drug precursors for opioids (fentanyl) and meth, global money laundering or human smuggling, China does it all.

Another fact that get’s overlooked and/or ignored is that just like with Russia, all of China’s large global criminal enterprises are required to “kick-up”, ie pay hefty tributes to the Chinese Government in return for a myriad of legal and political favors to ensure the machine of global criminal commerce keep moving without any hiccups.

It also would be extremely naive to think that a large percentage of these “kickbacks” are not flowing North into the pockets of American politicians.
