‘Undocumented’ suspect arrested in murder of Texas high school cheerleader Lizbeth Medina

So he was an Illegal on Probation for an “unspecified” 2nd Degree Felony.

Think about that.

Not only should he have never been in this country, he should have been locked up in JAIL.
