Family of Maine Shooting Suspect Says He Started To Hear “Horrible Things” After Being Fitted for “High-Powered Hearing-Aids”

“If microwave radiation has been used to spy against US diplomats in Havana, it would be very useful to know what frequencies were used? We may learn something from the US own equipment! (…) From the documents leaked by Edward Snowden regarding LOUDAUTO, I suggest that the US microwave spying tool is based on frequencies in the 1 to 2 GHz range.” (Intel Today 9/17/18)

I propose if Card was indeed wearing high powered hearing aids it is highly plausible he was being intentionally targeted with some form of Electronic Warfare (possibly microwave radiation in the 1 to 2 GHz range) or some form of Psychotronic Weapon utilizing V2K (Voice to Skull) Technology.
