DHS is using an online encrypted chat room to tell Mexico where to send illegals to avoid CBP, Texas National Guard and DPS Checkpoints.

DHS is also using advanced detection technology initially designed to track illegals to track Federal Law Enforcement assets to alert Mexico of where and when illegals should cross.
