The first video goes into detail on Soviet military sniper tactics during the Cold War and how various models of the rifle came into existence.
The Second video expounds on the pro’s and con’s (mostly con’s) of the Romanian PSL, perhaps the most commercially abundant version of the Dragunov ONCE available here in the States.
I can remember in the “good ole’ days” (15 or so years ago) when you could purchase a Romy PSL for around $600! (not including the optic of course).
