Wood Gas Power Generation

 

When I was a kid in the late 70’s, early 80’s, I remember a good friend of my dad’s had an old 72′ Chevy truck that was converted to run off Wood-Gas.

Later on he built a Wood-Gas Generator that could run his entire house.

When Hurricane Ike Hit in 2006 he was one of the few people in his area living in relative comfort while everybody else was doing the Mad Max scramble for gas.
