Here is another angle to consider:

A “Gang” in the sense it is being used here does not necessarily have to be Criminals, it could be a COMMUNITY of People with Pre-Routed Resources (Preppers) which in this case are the people with the power to CHANGE THINGS!

This is why forming a “Community” of like minded individuals NOW (not later) is so integral.

Think LOCAL!

During Hurricane Katrina and Ike when FEMA failed (Big Surprise!) the Community I lived in took action.

We grabbed our chainsaws and cleared the roads for the Electrical trucks to come in and get our power going.

When the Local Water Pumps failed, we all pitched in to Contribute our own generator and gas so folks who did not have water wells could have water pressure.

Oh Yeah, we were all ARMED to the teeth in the event somebody wanted to try and come and take it away from us!
