Although groups like this have a checkered and corrupt history in Mexico (some have been caught helping the cartels smuggle drugs and extort the local populace) their overall existence I think is a blueprint for what is to come here in America very soon with Law Enforcement falling more and more to the way side.
Militias and Citizen Action Groups will be responsible for the safety of their communties, counties, cities and eventually their entire State.
