I have no ideal what is being said but I laughed so hard during this 3 minutes I might have ruptured an old hernia surgery, not sure.

What get’s me is the guy driving is either clinically retarded or has been drinking heavily because every time he steps on the gas he begins driving like he robbed a bank.
