They are now proposing an abortion bill that would apply to a CHILD THAT HAS BEEN BORN?

So if this is the progression of liberal fascist thinking, who can we kill legally next? The Elderly and Infirmed? The Mentally Handicapped? Conservatives who oppose abortion? Christians?
