OK, I can understand the shooting from different positions; standing, on one knee, prone, etc. I can also understand the emphasis on shooting one-handed. But you lose me when you start the cartwheels and the “gymkata” flips….if you want to emphasize movement in your training, get yourself some simmunitions or airsoft and do some Force-on-Force, that way the movement you will be doing will be realistic and practical to surviving a gunfight, if you keep this circus act up eventually you are either going to kill your partner or blow your own balls off.
