AK Corner: More WASR Nightmare Stories

This was a pretty common fault when CAI WASR’s were flooding the market many moons ago but not talked about a lot.

Speaking of many moons ago, I had a Franken-Fish CAI build that had the Quad-Fecta of Quality Control Fails: Wrong Headspacing, Auto Safety, Keyholing and Canted Front Sight (ie front sight is pegged all the way left or right).

I finally got tired of playing what I called ‘Century Arms AK Bingo’ (Would they send me a functional, safe AK or not?) and got my money back, saved and then bought an Arsenal SLR which I still own today.
