I’m planning on doing some intel-gathering possibly on Saturday. For this, as mentioned before, those who might be interested in doing the same, I suggest checking out THIS website. It’s pretty damned cool. It has a interactive GUI (graphic user interface) that allows you to modify the pass so that you can buy it as you want it to look:
Now, by clicking on the various fields, you can customize it to suit your own needs as I’ve done in the one below:
So easy, even a caveman or Infantryman like myself can do it.
As you can also see, you can even change the QR Code to a bar code and even how it gets ‘translated’ if scanned:
EVERYTHING on this is adjustable…
And this’s just a press pass… there’s a boatload of other templates… and once you’re done? Simply use the snipping tool:
And ‘snip’ the ID Card as closely to the borders as you can get:
The reasoning for this is when you go to print, you need to select the image size as 2X3 in. (wallet), and then select “print to fit”
which as you can see, when printed, will give you damned near a perfect ID Card sized printout:
I suggest using a high quality photo paper and a Hi-Rez print, but that’s just me.
