Something very fishy going on down there in Houston.
It could be the writer in me, but my guess is there was either some sort of weird sex triangle going on or some type of corruption about to be exposed and none of them wanted the embarrassment.
Of course we will most likely never know in either case with the Thin Blue Line Code of Silence.
