During this “Polar Vortex” that most of the Eastern and Southern U.S. are experiencing, there are thousands of families STILL without adequate shelter in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee because of Hurricane Helene.
Unlike California, Western North Carolina was forgotten and all but pushed aside by the Federal Government in terms of relief.
