I would add this Caveat just so the spineless worms could not get off on a technicality:

“Anyone Voting Yes” Also includes the Politician (Congressman, Senator, Cabinet Member, President, etc.)
If a Politician Does Vote Yes for War, this Automatically DRAFTS ALL of their Children between 18 and 35 Years of Age for a 2 Year Enlistment.
