This overweight, out of shape desk jockey Cop allowed this mental street coon to draw him out like a 5th grade schoolyard bully and then proceeds to get his ass kicked by the thug, not once, but twice! Listening to him pant for breath while trying to give commands is just sad.
As if that was not enough, he then draws his weapon because he was losing face!
If it had not been for those two other passing cops he would have most likely got murdered with his own weapon.
