Harris county (Houston) is a cesspool of dindus, wetbacks and poor white trash with pockets of middle to upper class whites spread sporadically through the county.
Historically they have always needed tough Sheriff’s and Police Dept’s, so when the lib-turds took over every civic and legal position including District Judge Seats, the gutter trash had a party.
Governor Abbott did sign into law the Damon Allen Act which requires Cash Bail for Violent Offenses but for most of these life-long thugs, coming up with moderate amounts of cash is not a problem.
Houston and San Antonio have long been LOST to Liberalism and Diversity (lack of white leadership) there is no other way to put it.
