Gun Mistakes in Fiction Writing: Handgun Edition

 

A fun read.

I often got criticized for being too “exacting” and in-depth” on my firearms descriptions in my short stories by other published writers.

This is the opposite end of the spectrum…writers who did not take any time to understand the subtle nuances of the firearms and ended up sounding like an idiot.

Sorry, I am going to stick with doing my research and being as “exacting” as possible, it’s the sign of somebody who really gives a shit about their writing.
