You don’t need any context, this is just another mentally deranged welfare rat leeching off the system who was off his meds or on too many of them and decided to charge at two armed cops with a knife. They are a dime a dozen in these urban shit holes.

I like how the black cop backed away like a coward when the shooting started, holding his ears like a bitch…yeah that is just the kind of person you want watching your back in a shithole like that!
