Well I thought I had seen some really stupid state firearm laws in my time but this one takes the cake.
North Carolina Firearms Law has gone full-blown retard folks!
I mean in what back assward fantasy land is a Rossi .410 Break-Open with a 10 inch barrel and a half-ass pistol grip a “Weapon of Mass Destruction?”
Last I checked Suitcase Nukes were Weapons of Mass Destruction, not break Open Critter Guns!
Gimme a Damn Break North Carolina!
