This is perhaps the most blatant example of Democratic corruption since the Clinton Foundation. Despite overwhelming evidence, the strong disagreement from Chicago Police, and basic common sense, the Smollett charges are being dismissed.
“After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case,” the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office stated in an email.
A judge also granted a motion to seal the case.
Hmmm, I wonder why the judge had to seal the case? Maybe because if anyone with a brain saw the evidence, the guilt & cover-up would be obvious? There were 530 murders in Chicago in 2018 and countless other violent crimes. Thousands of police hours that could have been put on those cases were instead wasted on Smollett’s hoax.
