Paul Howe, fellow Texan and neighbor, who operates CSAT, one of the finest civilian and LE training facilities in the country, puts out a monthly newsletter on his site.
Instead of me publishing excerpts as I have done in the past, I thought I would just post a link to the complete August newsletter and let you guys read it for yourselves, I think you will find it not only humorous but TRUE.
