Check out 1:52 and the couple of seconds preceding it. It appears that the biker standing facing the camera has a laser on him. Guy gets off the ground and crosses in front of him crouching at 1:52 crouching guy appears to have his head lit up for one brief moment and then goes down
Total fubar by these cops. Almost as if there was an op going on which the locals weren’t prepared for.
