Spencer Stone, one of the American heroes who stopped a terrorist attack on a French train in August, was stabbed multiple times early Thursday in downtown Sacramento and is in stable condition, theU.S. Air Force confirmed to USA TODAY.
“A1C Spencer Stone has been transported to a local hospital, and is currently being treated for injury,” Air Force spokesman Lt. Col. Christopher Karns said in an email in Air Force Times.
Sacramento police, without naming the victim, said on Twitter: “The assault incident is not related to a terrorist act. Assault occurred near a bar, alcohol is believed to be a factor. ”

I did not know how to react when I came back on the computer and saw this!!! At a time when we desperately need heroes – cowards go around trying to kill them!! I know every generation has said – “What is this world coming to?” but things are definitely out of hand at this point.
What is worse GP is I fear this may be a jihadist reprisal attack..on top of that, even if it was, this govt. and media would never admit it. Putting 2 and 2 together, one of the other members of the French Train Hero squad, Skarlatos, was supposed to have been at that Oregon school the day of the shooting and luckily, he was not. Coincidence? We will never know most likely.
