Yesterday the world witnessed yet another example of the brutality of 21st century Guerilla Terrorism. 3 terrorist armed with automatic weapons brazenly drove up to the office of a Paris satirical magazine, wounded a cop who happened to be on the sidewalk outside, casually executed him with a headshot, then walked into the offices, forced an employee with a small child to enter the code to let them in the door, then walked into an editors meeting and executed all 10 people in the room. Later, during their escape, they shot and killed another cop, bringing the total death toll to 12.
As I stated in yesterday’s post, we can expect para-military grade terror attacks like this on American soil very soon.
For those of you that have been following, a quick recap of some incidents in the past few years:
- 2010: Paris satirical cartoon magazine’s offices that mocked islam is firebombed
- 2013-British soldier Lee Rigby attacked and be-headed in SE London in broad daylight
- 2014-Attack on Canadian Parliament building; One Officer killed
- 2014-Knife attack on jewish synagogue in New York City; 1 man critically injured
- 2014-Hatchet attack on NY Police; one officer critically wounded
- 2014-Two NY Policeman, Ramos and Liu, ambushed and killed in car
- 2014-Sydney cafe hostage incident; 2 killed, 3 wounded.
- 2015-Attack on Paris political satirical magazine office; 10 killed, 12 wounded.
This brazen attack in Paris indicates a dedicated SHIFT in tactics for the jihadist.
Before, although the worldwide lib-tard media used the words “lone wolf” and “random/isolated” as words to try and distance the attackers from any affiliation with organized terror groups, those CO’s in the know recognized these “isolated” “seemingly random” attacks for what they were: Guerilla Terrorism. The jihadist were simply using the age old, tried and true, proven tactics of guerillas worldwide: small, hit and run tactics that were designed not so much to inflict heavy casualties, but produce FEAR in the general population.
Now, it appears the jihadist have switched over to direct-action type attacks by a small team or teams, similar to the attacks in 2004 at Al-Khobar in Saudi Arabia where 22 people were killed and in Mumbai, India in 2008 where over 164 were killed by combined bombings and shootings. Most recently, the worst example being the attack at the West-Gate Shopping Mall in Nairobi, Kenya where 64 people were killed.
In closing guys, the best advice I can give you is to “train harder and be smarter” than your enemy (who is trying to kill you). Integrating Active Shooter scenarios into your shooting drills, going over “Awareness, Evasion and Escape” basics with your family/loved ones and ALWAYS staying armed are good starting points.
