It follows the Story of one Syrian husband and father trying to desperately find his family amidst the utter chaos and destruction.
I will tell you upfront, as a father, this doc was HEART WRENCHING and SAD to watch, but, I think stories like this that show the TRUE HORROR of Natural Disasters NEED to be SEEN, unedited and raw, in order to EDUCATE and PREPARE us all for what is coming on this earth.
One of the glaring issues in this Documentary was the Complete Lack of Government Help and Aid after the Earthquake had hit.
The only Rescue Efforts early on were spearheaded by Local Citizens banding together with what equipment they could find.
Thanks to the efforts of these brave souls, some of them digging with their hands, hundreds of people were saved and pulled from the rubble, many of them infant children.
This just goes to prove what most of us already know from the Disaster in Western North Carolina and Tennessee:
