Cormac McCarthy, lauded author of ‘The Road’ and ‘No Country for Old Men,’ dies at 89

One of the greatest writers of the 20th and 21st century has left us folks.

His novel Blood Meridian is in this writer’s humble opinion one of the finest western’s ever written and was a HUGE influence on me to begin writing.

Thank you Cormac for letting us be spectators in your war against the blank page!
