My good friend and mentor recently sent me this news article that discusses a Seattle Judge Upholding the ATF’s RIDICULOUS Decision to Ban importation of a specific type of 5.45×39 ammo, 7N6.
The problem is the paper mistakenly list the weapon system this ammo is used in as AK-47 (which fires the 7.62×39 round) when it is in reality only a SPECIFIC Load for the AK-74 Series of Rifles. This is quite a big mistake and as you can imagine got some people very concerned!!

Most all of you know about the ridiculous and in this bloggers opinion, UNCONSTITUTIONAL decision by the ATF to reclassify the 7N6 as “Armor Piercing” last year and by consequence their attempt to BAN the round from being Imported into the United States for Commercial use.
I share the same opinion as the good folks at The Truth About Guns and Arizona Congressman Matt Salmon in this matter.
In short, Banning the Importation of this particular load is Pure Political, Unconstitutional, Totalitarian Bullshit.
Hopefully the decision by this Federal Judge can be challenged by a Higher Court Very Soon.
