I have been with great urgency \u00a0for the last few weeks and especially since the attacks in Paris doing as much historical research as I possibly can for a series of articles I am planning to do on the “problem of islam in the world today”… Notice I did not say Terrorism, yeah we will discuss that at length.\u00a0 I would like to share some of this historical research with you, so you can join me on this journey and discover with amazing clarity that islam has indeed been an enemy of Christian civilization since the beginning, and not because it is a “different” religion, but because it is a conquering one.-SF<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve written before in response to President Obama\u2019s false claim that Islam was \u201cwoven into the fabric\u201d of the United States since the Founding here<\/a>. More recently, we explained here<\/a> how John Quincy Adams, sixth President of the United States, summed up the religion of Islam in one succinct sentence.<\/p>\n

These things call to mind another harsh and brilliant critic of Islam, Sir Winston Churchill. The British Prime Minister and winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature never held anything back when it came to condemning Islam\u2019s frequent recurrence to brutality and slaughter. You might be familiar with Churchill\u2019s famous line, \u201cIslam is as dangerous in a man as rabies in a dog.\u201d The quote is somewhat inaccurate, but summarizes the sentiment well enough.<\/p>\n

It comes from Churchill\u2019s unabridged The River War<\/em>:<\/p>\n

How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy.<\/strong> The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
