Why not just call 911?<\/p>\n<p><em><strong> Plus, my fellow Texans, have we not learned our lesson about driving through standing water, REGARDLESS of how much is on the road? Have not enough people died to prove this point?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Let&#8217;s Be Smart Folks.
