Col. Christopher Karns said in an email in\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/breaking-news\/2015\/10\/08\/airman-1st-class-spencer-stone-stabbed-chest\/73578902\/\">Air Force Times<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Sacramento\u00a0police, without naming the victim, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SacPolice\/status\/652152551068995584\">said on Twitter:<\/a>\u00a0&#8220;The assault incident is not related to a terrorist act.
