He explained during the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender_category\/covid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COVID<\/a>\u00a0crisis:<\/h2>\n<h2>\u201cCOVID is critical because this is what convinces people to accept, to legitimize, total\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender_category\/biometrics-biometric-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biometric surveillance<\/a>. If we want to stop this epidemic, we need not just to monitor people, we need to monitor what\u2019s happening under their skin.\u201d<\/h2>\n<h2>In a 60 Minutes interview with Anderson Cooper, Harari repeated this idea: \u201cWhat we have seen so far is corporations and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/big-pharma-tech-transhumanism-healthcare-cola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">governments collecting data<\/a>\u00a0about where we go, who we meet, what movies we watch.<\/h2>\n<h2>The next phase is the surveillance going under our skin \u2026 He likewise told India Today, when commenting on changes accepted by the population during COVID-19:<\/h2>\n<h2>\u201cWe now see mass surveillance systems established even in democratic countries which previously rejected them, and we also see a change in the nature of surveillance.
