September 11 Wasn\u2019t Allowed To Influence Mass Muslim Immigration<\/a><\/h1>\n

When September 11 happened, I was\u00a0working<\/a>\u00a0for VDARE.com and did a column asking if Americans would \u201cwake up and smell the coffee\u201d<\/a>\u00a0about immigration. They didn\u2019t much, because they weren\u2019t allowed to.<\/h2>\n

The President at the time, George W. Bush, with his family association with oil companies, was very much an Arab sympathizer (the Saudi Ambassador to the US, Bandar bin Sultan, who spent\u00a0a lot of time<\/a>\u00a0with the Bushes was actually nicknamed\u00a0\u201cBandar Bush\u201d.<\/a>)<\/h2>\n

Bush\u2019s\u00a0first concern<\/a>\u00a0after the attack was to visit a DC Islamic Center and\u00a0declare<\/a>\u00a0Islam a religion of peace.<\/h2>\n

But it wasn\u2019t just Bush, the whole country decided to treat being a Muslim Arab immigrant like being black\u2014a member of America\u2019s protected, untouchable Civil Rights-eligible class. The Left\u00a0sprang into action<\/a>\u00a0to form, in effect, a \u201cSociety For The Protection Of Enemy Aliens<\/a>\u201d and on the\u00a020th<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary of 9\/11<\/a>\u00a0Bush was still\u00a0talking about the threat of \u201cnativism\u201d and \u201creligious bigotry\u201d,<\/a>\u00a0rather than the\u00a0threat of Islamic terrorism.<\/a><\/h2>\n

And an obvious step, after 9\/11, would have been to curtail Muslim immigration\u2014stop giving immigrant visa to at least those countries that the State Department lists as \u201cState Sponsors Of Terror\u201d.<\/h2>\n
