This really is a pathetic read but I wanted to include it in today’s offerings to prove to you yet again that NOBODY and that includes Law Enforcement and the so-called “Justice System” is coming to save you from the invading goblin and zombie horde.<\/h2>\n

Not that my home State of Texas is immune from this retardation mind you, but things are a little more clear cut when it comes to Property Rights.<\/h2>\n

If you don’t believe me, read the Texas Penal Code 30.05 on Criminal Trespass.<\/a><\/h2>\n

As an addendum to this also read Texas Penal Code 9.42 on Deadly Force to Protect Property:<\/a><\/h2>\n
\n

A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangible, movable property:<\/em><\/h2>\n

(1)\u2002if he would be justified in using force against the other under\u00a0Section 9.41<\/a><\/span>; \u2009and<\/em><\/h2>\n
\n

(2)\u2002when and to the degree he reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary:<\/em><\/h2>\n

(A)\u2002to prevent the other’s imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during the nighttime, or criminal mischief during the nighttime; \u2009or<\/em><\/h2>\n
\n

(B)\u2002to prevent the other who is fleeing immediately after committing burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, or theft during the nighttime from escaping with the property;<\/em><\/h2>\n
