It essentially turns it into an approximation of a Glock 18, a selective-fire machine pistol developed at the request of military and counter-terrorist entities.<\/h2>\n<h2>This has become the prestige gun among gang-bangers, often accompanied by a \u201cstendo\u201d and a \u201cbeam,\u201d street argot for a long extended magazine and a laser sight.\u00a0\u00a0Readily available on the Internet, they seem to be mostly made in China and are often found with a counterfeit Glock logo.<\/h2>\n<h2><em>*Part of the trouble is, their extremely high rate of fire makes them uncontrollable in all but the most expert hands. This creates a huge potential for dead and wounded innocent bystanders.<\/em><\/h2>\n<h2>Full auto shooting is fun \u2013 if you know what you\u2019re doing, can do it safely,\u00a0<em>and can do it legally.\u00a0<\/em>I worry that new gun owners might presume their ready availability means that they are legal. They sure as hell ain\u2019t, and the law-abiding citizen is wise to stay the hell away from them.
