Just happened yesterday in TX<\/h2>\n

Two men were unloading firewood from a truck in front of a Fort Worth, TX home. One was the homeowner, and the other was the delivery guy.<\/h2>\n

A single attacker (unknown to either man) suddenly approached them. He was completely naked and very \u201cupset!\u201d<\/h2>\n

The two men (neither armed) attempted to \u201creason\u201d with this person, trying to persuade him to calm down and go away.<\/h2>\n

The naked man would have none of it! He suddenly grabbed a piece of firewood (stick) and struck the delivery guy on the head, knocking him unconscious. He then turned on the homeowner and chased him into his house. Once inside, the frightened homeowner locked the door.<\/h2>\n

The naked suspect then returned to the delivery guy ( who was still unconscious) and beat him to death!<\/h2>\n

Responding police cornered the (still naked) suspect at a local B&B, after he threatened a woman there. She was unhurt.<\/h2>\n

Suspect had to be tased in order to effect an arrest.<\/h2>\n

Suspect has a long, weary history of violent criminality. Of course, he should have been in prison, or some other kind of \u201cinstitution!\u201d<\/h2>\n

Lessons:<\/em><\/h2>\n
\n

1) When it\u2019s least expected, you\u2019re elected!<\/em><\/h2>\n

2) In a personal-safety emergency, there will be no time to \u201cget ready\u201d<\/em><\/h2>\n

Unless police are physically present already, there is zero probability they\u2019ll arrive in time to save you.<\/em><\/h2>\n

3) Getting into a hand-to-hand fight with a person who is out-of-his-mind is no laughing matter!<\/em><\/h2>\n

There is no \u201creasoning\u201d with such a person. They are unpredictable and extremely dangerous, as we see.<\/em><\/h2>\n

4) Thinking you\u2019re \u201csafe,\u201d because you\u2019re \u201cat home,\u201d or \u201cclose to home\u201d represents a dangerous delusion.<\/em><\/h2>\n

\u201cGoing armed\u201d means \u201cbeing armed,\u201d continuously, without fail! A gun sitting in a dresser drawer inside a home will be of no help when the homeowner is attacked while outside, even when the gun is technically only a few meters away<\/em><\/h2>\n

5) Our criminal\/justice system, as currently administered, obviously has no intention to fulfill its legitimate function of protecting innocent people from violent criminals. Demonstrably vicious predators, instead of being jailed, are out and looking for victims, as we see!<\/em><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Final lesson:<\/h2>\n

With the foregoing in mind, in our Instructional Courses, the most fundamental principles of learning are often the most difficult to articulate.<\/h2>\n

An example:<\/h2>\n

With our initiation into the \u201cadventure of adulthood,\u201d we are (and should be) shaken-out of our naive, cloistered, self-centered, childish way of looking at things (an increasingly difficult process for \u201cmillennials\u201d)<\/h2>\n

Understand:<\/h2>\n
\n

1) Life is hard.<\/em>
\n2) Life is dangerous (and lethal; see point#8, below)<\/em>
\n3) Life isn\u2019t \u201cfair\u201d<\/em>
\n4) Life is not just about you<\/em>
\n5) You\u2019re not that important<\/em>
\n6) You\u2019re not in control<\/em>
\n7) Your excuses will never interest anyone<\/em>
\n8) You\u2019re going to die<\/em><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

That\u2019s \u201cThe Deal.\u201d Within that \u201cprison of circumstance,\u201d we all need to strive to find ways to be heroes, during our short tenure here on Earth!<\/h2>\n

Otherwise, you\u2019ve locked yourself into \u201cpermanent adolescence,\u201d ever in a wasted, clueless dreamworld, and are thus ineligible for induction into \u201cOperator Status\u201d<\/h2>\n

\u201cThe purpose of education is teaching children what they should want!\u201d\u00a0 <\/em>-Plato<\/h2>\n
