I first became aware of this black murdering African POS back in 2019 thanks to Ann Corcoran’s Frauds, Crooks and Criminals blog<\/a>. Ann has not posted since 2020 but when this blog was up and running there was no better source for Immigrant crime!<\/h2>\n

Although Chemirmir was not an illegal, his case is a perfect and tragic example of how the size and scope of the Federal Bureaucracy, specifically Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) <\/a>FAILS time and time again to protect American citizens from IMPORTED hardened career criminals.<\/h2>\n

Michelle Saenz-Rodriguez, a Dallas immigration attorney, said those previous charges wouldn\u2019t be enough to deport Chemirmir. In 2004, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that DWI convictions aren\u2019t enough to deport someone. Assault, too, is not a deportable offense, although domestic violence is, Saenz-Rodriguez said.<\/em><\/h2>\n

In cases where immigrants commit crimes, state prosecutions have to line up with federal crimes in order for that immigrant to be deported, she said.<\/em><\/h2>\n

\u201cNothing is black and white in immigration law, that\u2019s for sure,\u201d Saenz-Rodriguez said. \u201cIn order for someone to be deported from the United States, the state charge has to be a match with the federal crime.\u201d<\/em><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n
