Why Carry With A Round In The Chamber?<\/a><\/h1>\n

COMMON SENSE dictates that if you have a firearm for self-defense you need to be able to USE that firearm in an instant, Why?<\/h2>\n

Firstly because an unloaded gun is just a fancy paperweight and Second as a very wise man once told me:\u00a0 “Trouble does not make appointments, it just walks in.”<\/em><\/h2>\n

In other words, when you need a FIREARM to defend yourself, you are going to need it FAST!<\/h2>\n

I am old school so I keep all my ‘serious’ firearms in Condition 1<\/a> at ALL TIMES:<\/h2>\n

Magazine inserted, Round chambered, Manual safety (if equipped) engaged.<\/h2>\n

At the end of the day folks being comfortable with your firearms all comes down to Training and if you are like me since you were a kid you were taught that YOUR TRIGGER FINGER is the biggest GUN SAFETY of them all! (Refer to #3 of the Four Rules of Gun Safety).<\/h2>\n
