No Rolling Blackouts and Power has stayed on. People in the big cities however are hating life right about now.<\/h2>\n<h2>Me and the Tribe including all my four legged critters are safe and warm and are hunkered down and doing fine.<\/h2>\n<h2>The Bad News?
