As a parent I was on pins and needles through the entire video. Kudos to the Midwest City, OK Police Chief who saved the little girls life; he did not hesitate at the moment of truth and was textbook throughout the negotiation.. (The video does not show the kill shot, but he shoots the perp point blank in the head to ensure the child&#8217;s safety).<\/p>\n<p>We need to learn from incidents like this guys&#8230;there are serious nut jobs out there and judging from past articles we have done on kidnapping, child predators seem to favor Wal-Mart <strong>ALOT<\/strong>..the biggest reasons being the size of the store but mostly because the parents are <em><strong>DISTRACTED.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong> AWARENESS<\/strong><\/span> of your surroundings is your primary defense against any type of crime.
