I find it HILARIOUS that obamaoids have been jumping up and down throwing tantrums over wanting to impose another Assault Weapons Ban and yet one of the guns used in the Paris Attacks (An AK Assault Rifle) was put into circulation by the ATF in the Fast and Furious goat rodeo debacle. Going a bit further with this, how about the recent story<\/a> about CIA Weapons meant for “American Backed Syrian Rebels” (All 100 of them) ending up on the Jordanian Black Market (ie in Jihadist Hands) coincidence? Well if you follow the letter of the law<\/a> here, it takes 2 people to be involved in the planning of a crime to have a “Conspiracy”, here we have two clear cut examples of MASSIVE Govt. involvement in illegal arms dealing. I think the burden of proof has been met to at minimum file Conspiracy charges, against the US Government, namely the Obama White House and the ATF for aiding and abetting Terrorist Activities. One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile \u201cgun-walking\u201d<\/em>operation known as \u201cFast and Furious.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally,\u201coff book,<\/em>\u201d Judicial Watch\u2019s law enforcement sources confirm.<\/p>\n

Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.<\/p>\n

The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun\u2019s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers.<\/p>\n

The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations\u2014for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic\u2014but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual.<\/p>\n

Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner\u2019s identity was \u201ckept quiet,\u201d according to law enforcement sources involved with the case.<\/h3>\n

\u201cAgents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,\u201d<\/em> a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s not clear if the agency, which is responsible for cracking down on the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, did this because the individual was involved in the Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency\u2019s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that \u201cno firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced\u201d<\/em> by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said \u201cI\u2019m not familiar with the report you\u2019re referencing.<\/em>\u201d Judicial Watch also tried contacting the Phoenix ATF office, but multiple calls were not returned.<\/p>\n

The ATF ran the Fast and Furious experiment and actually allowed criminals, \u201cstraw purchasers,<\/em>\u201d working for Mexican drug cartels to buy weapons at federally licensed firearms dealers in Phoenix and allowed the guns to be \u201cwalked<\/em>\u201d\u2014possessed without any knowledge of their whereabouts.<\/p>\n

The government lost track of most of the weapons and many have been used to murder hundreds of innocent people as well as a U.S. Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, in Arizona. A mainstream newspaper reported<\/a> that a Muslim terrorist who planned to murder attendees of a Muhammad cartoon contest in Garland, Texas last year bought a 9-millimeter pistol at a Phoenix gun shop that participated in the ATF\u2019s Fast and Furious program despite drug and assault charges that should have raised red flags.<\/p>\n

Judicial Watch has thoroughly investigated<\/a> Fast and Furious and has sued the Obama administration for information about the once-secret operation.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n
