Obama planned to have the DOJ\/DOE issue a\u00a0letter\/EO\/decree which will warn every school district in the country that they have to open their bathrooms up to transgenders or risk lawsuits and lose funding. The letter has no \u201cforce of law\u201d\u2026 but one\u00a0Texas school superintendent<\/a>\u00a0is \u00a0NOT happy.<\/p>\n

President Barack Obama. He ain\u2019t my President and he can\u2019t tell me what to do. That letter (to be released to all public schools tomorrow) is going straight to the paper shredder. I have 5 daughters myself and I have 2,500 girls in my protection. Their moms and dads expect me to protect them. And that is what I am going to do. Now I don\u2019t want them bullied\u2026 but there are accommodations that can be made short of this. He (President Obama) is destroying the very fiber of this country. He is not a leader. You just have to love it when someone says what you\u2019re thinking, don\u2019tcha?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Though\u00a0the letter will not be legally binding, it is a threat signed by officials at the Department of Justice and the Department of Education.<\/p>\n

RESISTING TYRANNY<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Texas has stood up to the transgender policy in several areas, not just the Obama letter. Their Attorney General,\u00a0Ken Paxton<\/a>, \u201cfired off\u201d a letter to the Fort Worth Independent School District, (whose Superintendent\u00a0unilaterally published\u00a0a Transgender Policy for students that was not enacted by the school board) advising them that\u00a0their transgender policy in the schools may violate \u00a0parental rights, not to mention be unconstitutional.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn short,\u00a0only Congress\u2014not an agency\u2014has the constitutional authority to impose restrictions on States that receive federal funds\u2026The term \u2018gender identity\u2019 is nowhere in Title IX. And the policy admits that it is a federal agency that is attempting to read that phrase into the statute, which it lacks the constitutional authority to do.\u00a0We sincerely hope you will access these deficiencies in the transgender policy and more as the board deliberates its next steps.\u201d Ken Paxton<\/em><\/p>\n

Texas Lt. Gov Dan Patrick has called for Dr. Kent Paredes Scribner, the Fort Worth Superintendent\u2019s resignation.<\/p>\n

HEROIC RESISTANCE<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It would appear that Texas is hunkering down and fighting back, once again resisting tyranny, as they have in the past. Hopefully, this time they will not be standing alone. Remember the Alamo!<\/p>\n
