  2. What is sad is that people have to be reminded of these things.
Starting back in the 70’s every time I got a new car, truck, dirt bike, chainsaw, boat motor etc the first thing I would figure out is how long it ran/far it went on a gallon of gas and a tank of gas.
    It’s just comon sense.
Heck,I even knew how many hours my skidsteer and mini excavator would run on a gallon and a tank of diesel.
I know how long my generator runs on a tank of gas and on a gallon of gas.
    This stuff is common sense.

      • All our kids do the same as me-and they’re all girls, but every one of them can tell you how far their vehicle goes on a tank of gas and average mpg.
They can tell you how much gas it takes in mower and weedwhacker to cut the grass too.
So at least some kids escaped the trophy for showing up and everything done for them bs.
